First you should check with your doctor is it actually because of tear duct blockage or something else because if they confirm then they only will tell you if any medicine or exercising would be required because first you need to know and understand the right reason behind it

SIPRA MALIKMom of a 9 m old girl2 months agoA. after each feed,do an eye exercise. slowly press that eye corner with your finger and come down through the nose line.. do this for 4-5 times after each feed.
