Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. it is very important to give iron supplements to the child because the diet before 1 year of age isd having very less amount of iron and it is very common that if the child is not given iron supplements the child will suffer from iron deficiency anaemia so better to continue iron supplements givden by your doctor

Both are good you can go ahead with Anita only drawback sometimes with iron supplement could be that the child is going to suffer with constipation that’s it so you check which one is suiting your child because both of them were equally good to be given to the child
