Taking steam on chest for pain and swelling is good or bad. Iam breast feeding mother when feel pain and pressure in middle of chest and above breast after doing household work and long term holding baby ... I take steam on face and chest.. I have gas problem... Steam on chest and other parts body is safe

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Yes it’s safe but I think it’s a posture problem so make sure while doing house hold chores and while feeding the baby you should maintain right posture and keep your spine straight and don’t lean forward much
