Hii sir iam 23 years old I have pain like that heat middle of the heart and chest pls give any suggestions for me and also head rotating

A. whether you are having some weakness or some type of gastric trouble or it might be a part of some disease so better to get yourself examined by the doctor and take proper rest

A. hi it might happen because of BP fluctuation. so please take small and frequent meals. avoid taking processed oily spicy food. limit your sugar and salt intake. take more fluids like coconut water, nimbupani ,soup ,juice etc
