Swelling and bruises type purple sudden appeared on right hand with no pain. It has been spread bit more till hand knuckle. Please suggest for my mom hand

Get your mother personally examined by a nearby doctor and clarify all your concerns. Follow your doctor’s instructions diligently. Good luck and take care.
