swallen painful lump in left breast near heart is this normal while breastfeeding

A. If it is painful and it is swelling in that area that it is not good you need to check with your doctor to know what maybe the situation because lumps can be associated with various problems so we cannot confirm what can be the issue but please check with your doctor maybe it is just a lymph node but you have to check with
