White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated h by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .

White patches could be associated with different things the most common is deficiency of calcium second is dryness third could be some skin related fourth could be worms into the stomach of your child and fifth is basically associated with a infection like a fungal infection so it’s best to check with your paediatrician to have better clarity the treatment can be advised accordingly
