Satari powder is supposed to be really very good so that is something that I can recommend you to use every day three times with warm milk because that is something which will generally be benefiting for you healthwise also and will also help in increasing your lactation apart from that it is very important that you do follow a healthy balance nutrition diet and have plenty of fluids as well
