supplements can be given to 3 month old along with breastfeed for gaining weight??

Hello Do not give any supplement without consult the paediatric specialist for such a small child.. also if the child is passing the urine 6-7 times a day then do not worry his tummy is getting full and a new born doubles his birth weight by 6 months and triple by 1 year so don’t worry so much As breastfeeding mother In order for a healthy weight gain in a child have a nutritious diet which will benefit the child in turn..
