Q.
Suggestion on how to we make baby change to a new breast feeding position if they are adopted to some particular position.. Eg:- if baby is comfortable in sleeping position and is denying to take feed in sitting position? What can be done?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. very important to see that position and attachment while breastfeeding the child is proper.
if improper the child will continue to suck for long hrs without getting any milk
meet lactational counsellor who will guide regarding this.
see videos on yoou tube for breastfeeding position attachment.
take plenty of water, home made diet, seasonal fruits and vegetables, milk for increasing breast milk.
take 15 to 30 days weight and growth assessment by the doctor.
