suggest some nutrition rich food

A. Hello mom you can give almost nearing to family foods now, so you can include , dry fruits , nuts and seeds, panner, ghee, curds, dals, legumes such as black gram, green gram dal, also you can give rajma , chana etc , you can give rice, roti, dalia, sago, oats, idli, upma, seasonal fruits and vegetables, also you can give egg yolk, fish etc
