A. You should give foods which rich in calcium, vitamins, nutrients and minerals. You can give pureed fruits and vegetables, eggs, oatmeal, porridge, sweet potatoes etc You should avoid giving foods that are too sugary or salty

A. hello you can be giving your child healthy and nutritious well balance food in the diet and include fruits vegetable green leafy vegetable dry fruit and dairy products which will help in the growth of the child and absolutely nothing to worry and not a problem
