You should check with your doctor depending upon what is the need they can suggest you I can suggest you but I’m not sure whether there will be budget friendly or not so I would recommend you shalcal hd and Orofor xt for calcium and iron the first one is for calcium where you can also try taking homeopathic medicine for calcium they are very affordable and very very good
