suggest healty diet for my child. going to be 6 month on 4 th june

A. Dear mum, after completion of 6 months, you can begin with foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Later mashed paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Continue to breastfeed.
