Neha jhaMom of a 5 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. you should start giving everything after 1 year. They require more amount of protein, vitamin etc. because it's the time when they are running, playing wanted to climb everywhere, roam around, wanted to explore new things.
you can give everything, which you prepare for yourself either beg or nonveg and you can also prepare one powder with all the lentils/pulses and keep it aside and try giving it at least one time everyday. This will be very helpful and easy for you also to prepare: just boil it 😉 and healthy for your baby too.

U See after the age of 12 months we should be giving everything to the child which ever is prepared at home for the entire family and for yourself that’s the right kind of food you should be giving to the child just increase the amount of butter and ghee to your child’s food and proteins as well
