Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.
No biscuits and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy.
Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used.
Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, 2 years old child can aost everything that you prepare for your family members. Give him green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits to eat and also give dry fruits on fm daily basis. Drink lots of water.
And milk. is also must for children.
