A. hi mom you need to consult a good dietitian have good proteins in diet have a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits walk for half an hour daily avoid sugary and fried foods

Q. hi, am 30 yrs old and i have 3.8 yr daughter,, am suffering from pcos and thyroid. am taking medicine regularly so thyrpid is under 2.. but now my periods are irregular bcoz of pcos am dieting and also doing lots of excercise but still its not regular so please anyone can help me how to can i cure with pcos fastly also am consulting with doc as she said need to excercise daily have to loss my weight.. other than that what can i do for this please help me thank you
