Q.

Suffering from milk blebs due to which my baby bites a lot.. it's painful to feed... As he's on breastfeed and formula both due to my low milk supply... kindly suggest me how increase milk and how to deal with milk bleb, so that I can rid off formula....

A. Hello dear parent! Latch the baby well to your breast for at least 20 minutes to ensure hind milk consumption. Make a good skin to skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding and increasing supply. Include methi in your daily diet to increase breastmilk supply. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
