A. Hello .. it's normal to have hair fall after delivery. your hormones are coming back to normal. try and eat protein rich food and take good care of your hair and scalp. you can try Mama Earth onion hair fall oil to help you with growth.. or alternatively you can apply onion juice on your scalp.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. hair fall after delivery is very common Most of the time there will be loss of hair after delivery because of hormonal imbalance which may continue for one year also you have to take that rich in protein all types of fruits and vegetables for source of vitamins and minerals

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. hi mam, you can apply Amala oil or mahanhringraj oil daily on your hair which provide better nourishment to your hair. wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder ,it will help to strengthen your hair.
