Suddenly when she woke up in the morning my daughter's eye became red and she had a temp of 100.2 yesterday night and this afternoon given paracetamol syrup. can you suggest me how to cure the redness of the eye. Attached image of eye

A. Keep cleaning the eyes with water that is going to help and if the child is not better within 24 hours despite of constant cleaning of the eyes then in that case it would be good for you to get examined with the doctor one time
