Rajani SrivastavaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. it happens most of the time during winters..as water intake is low.. try to take liquids as much as possible. it's can be fruit juices, water, milk, daal water etc. add ghee and dryfruits in ur diet. u can also take satavari with milk..this is the best natural way to increase milk. try all this before taking any medicine. lactation granules will help u too. other than all this u can give formula too . my baby is also in mix feed. and I m giving Aptamil Gold formula milk . it's good and having all nutrients along with prebiotics and HMOs .. which make it even more easy to digest for baby

and you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruitsf daily e as well as you can go for shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation (eg lactonic granules, galactf granules etc )
also take multivitamins iron calcium and vitamin d along with folic acid. follow all this steps to increase breast milk formation.
