A. for area becoming hard on breast is due to milk storage as baby is not able to latch and drink milk properly. try hot compress and pumping out the milk for few times after the baby has breastfeeding on that side.

A. pump out the milk for few times such that milk supply increases and baby won't cry if baby gets enough milk while latching.

A. White spots often result from a blocked nipple pore when someone is breast-feeding, or as a normal reaction to changing levels of hormones within the body. I had the same issue during first two months of breastfeeding. my doc has suggested me to use nipcare on the niple if it's painful and use shield for breastfeeding. always clean the nipple if u have used the cream and after breastfeeding. the white spot will disappear with time. it might also be due to baby unable to latch properly. try different positions of breastfeeding in which your baby feel comfortable to latch properly.
