suddenly my helder Son been getting Fever & Cough vomitings Since 4 Day's,

Viral.. due to rainy season it’s easy to get infected… go to the doctor.. if u want care at home then use antibiotics and obvious paracetamol and if fever is consistent, use meftal p which reduce fever for 7 to 10 hours And use Vomikind or any vomit medicine
