suddenly my daughter has got lice in hair and she is just 11 months old..pls give me any suggestions

Wash hairs often with chemical free shampoo apply onion paste twice a week to make hairs smooth and to reduce hair fall and parabean free shampoo apply coconut oil or olive oil and also apply onion paste regularly to reduce hair fall
Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
Maintain hygiene
