suddenly my baby stops drinking milk and eating. he got vaccinated on 28/03/2024 what to do how to resume his eat cycle

See when the child gets vaccinated they have fever and pain and sometimes loss of appetite could be because of fever and pain only so try include more of liquid during this time you can give fruits you can give liquid khichadi and porridge you can give soups buttermilk coconut water all the healthy options that you can think of
