ExpertDilshad AnsariNutritionist4 years agoA. hi.. weight gain is a normal tendency post pregnancy it is majorly due to sedentary lifestyle make sure you are physically active and taking a diet which is high in complex carbohydrates fibre and protein and limit intake of refined foods and simple sugars
