Q.

stopped breastfeeding 3 days back .now it's 3 Rd day. still breast swelling and pain is there.when pain will go?

A. It happens so apply cold compress to reduce swelling and pain around the breast abd try manually expressing the milk as it helps yo relieve blocked milk ducts if still no improvement then consult the doctor

A. Do hot compress and prior to the breast massage and hot compress would be helpful and take a check with your doctor for what medicine would be appropriate to dry out your breastfeed over the period so that’s something that is going to be good
