Stool reducing substance test positive.. need to stop bf ?m

That’s usually seen uncommon in that case doctors do recommended to stop giving breastfeeding and formula you advised to shift to non-lactose milk for the time being but the other solution to the problem is that if the mother stop taking dairy products completely then she can produce good amount of non-lactose milk for the child itself
