if my baby has positive reducing substance in his stool should I stop breastfeeding or not?

Yes in a lot of cases doctors do advise you to stop breastfeeding for the time and they also suggest the mother not to take any dairy products during that time so what is the situation with your child according to that your doctors are going to give you a suggestion on that
