stomach pain in 4 years old can we give paracetamol

ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician17 hours agoA. hello you can give paracetamol for fever and pain but if the pain is spasmodic and due to loose stools etc then give cyclopam instead of paracetamol to the baby.
