Still I'm not getting breast milk can you please suggest any tablets or powder mam. I already used galact granules. galac tablets and breatpump as well but no use still, I'm giving formula feed to my baby

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Consult a lactation specialist for advice. Reduce your stress levels
