Q.

Still his teeth is not coming out...Is there anything thing to worry? What should I do for that? And What is the cause of that?

A. hello ma'am do not worry about this as it is a natural process there is no reason for delayed teething. start massaging the gums with clean cotton cloth wrapped around your finger three to four times a day and give cold silicon-based teethers to chew on. .
