Keep working with your baby everyday on the floor, holding his or her waist, while he or she is in a sit up position. Give ample tummy time. In case your baby is still not able to sit by the time he or she is 9 months old, please contact your paediatrician. Make your baby lie on his or her back and give him or her a toy to play. This will help. Make your baby sit on your lap by using some pillows and cushions, place a toy in front of him or her and help him or her reach those toys. Do not leave your baby unattended.
