spotting observed from vagina during 10 week 1 day when wiped with tissue...is it a worry situation? or what can I do

Yes during pregnancy any kind of discharge of bleeding is not considered good so you can check with your doctor one time you gynaecologist may have to run out scan to figure out if there’s a problem to that whatever is been needed the doctor would advise you accordingly
