Once sachet one time twice in a day you can give it to the child other than that I would advise you also regularly give RS water to the child and in case of emergency all you feel loose motions are more please consult a doctor because this is basic probiotic and all but for proper treatment and medication you have to figure out what’s the reason and accordingly medicines can be advised
