sometimes my baby is getting poop so hard tight she is having so much pain she is crying a lot she is 2yr old

That is probably because of dehydration that is why the motion we have become really very hard so I’m just going to advise you to give plenty of fluids to the child plenty of fibres in the diet of your child which is what is going to be healthy and helpful in the current scenario
