Q.
sometimes my baby doesn't burp?? is there any method that reduces gas for babies ?

Gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the gut . other factorsggy include cow's milk introduction before 1 year of age , bottle feeding, not giving proper burping after each feed. Digestive enzymes like aglozyme drops can be given as suggestged by doctor in proper dose for reliving of such symptoms .

It’s okay still I would suggest you to keep your child on your shoulder for at least 15 to 20 minutes after giving a feed for better digestion gently pat and rub the back of the child and there is no problem with the child is farting it’s a good sign that the child is not having stomach pain
