Q.

sometimes my 6 week old baby makes snoring and whistling sound while breathing.doc said itz because of their tiny nostrils...is it normal actually??

A. normal in the baby saline nasal drops in the nose of the baby Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time

A. hi yes ,it happens. but if a child is feeling discomfort , having other problems like can not take food or feeds well ,can not sleep properly because of it , having low weight then please visit your pediatrician again. keep your child head slightly elevated while sleeping ,it will make easy for your child to breathe well.
