so it happens
don't worry for this.
instead of worrying on this , focus how to stay calm
use some technique like deep breathing to calm your self.
whenever you get anger , keep your self away from particular situation for few minutes ,drink few sips of water and start deep breathing ,count 10 in reverse it will help to calm down your self.
till that ask your partner or family member to look after your child.
practice yoga or mediation daily which will definitely help.
