Q.

sometimes I feel suffocated, and get anxiety attack that what will happen? I feel like I'll not be able to live.

A. anxiety disorders gg for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management

A. good morning if you have recently delivered a child these things are completely in normal it is known as postpartum depression it is not me there is any problem try to join yoga if possible
