Q.

sometimes i feel extreme pain in my back,where anesthesia was given at the end of spine,before the operation of delivery,the pain is so intence thats it becomes unbearable most of the time,what should i do?

A. If there is back pain you have to maintain a proper posture take a healthy diet and also do some regular exercise specially back extension exercises to strengthen muscles also you can take calcium band iron supplgements suggested by your doctor if still you are having vweakness and other symptoms it needs a proper assessment

I would just like to tell you that you do epidural this kind of pain easily but gradually over the period it is going to subside so please do not worry about it as of now and ask your doctor if you can do any basic exercise that was a is actually going to help at reducing doubt the paid over the periodWrite Your Answer Here
