some yellowish discharge sticky and watery eyes from my baby who is 20 days old, please suggest what I can do , should we report to doctor

Clean the eyes of your child with warm water as of now and further more I would recommend you that you should definitely get a check with your doctor is this could be due to some allergy and infection so you would not want your child to suffer more is it better to check it up
