some time ago ultrasound done stomach of my child,dr said 4 mm 4 no ganth developed in stomach but one medicine only used Levocetrizine and albendazol,is this enough for treatment

See the first one is for cold and the second one is for D warming so it does not have any indication towards the assist that is formed into the stomach of your child because these are basic medicines for cold and stomach warm I don’t see any connection with the issue that you are facing please check with another doctor physically once
