some sort of noise is observed from baby tummy when the baby is sleeping or while feeding the baby. and even burping is not seen everytime after feeding when we try to tap on back....what is the solution for it?

A. hi it might happen because of gas. so for this , offer small and frequent feeds. but avoid overfeeding. burp your baby in between the feeds or you can try different burping technique. And if a child looks happy and active, gains enough weight, showing no discomfort then no need to worry about it.
