some pain was thier when motion occured

A. Hello good afternoon !! Due to constipation,hard stools babies suffer while passing motion. Include fibre rich foods - Papaya,orange,banana,potato,carrot,bottle gourd ,dals,curd,ragi,barley and water,fluids and tummy massage which increase bowel movements and avoid constipation,pain while passing stool.
