some kind of allergic on baby face and baby try to rub by hand again again means he is feeling itching . suggest some cream

A. Atogla Cream you can apply regularly two or three times in a day to begin with it looks like some kind of severe Russia child has got but hopefully this is going to help in settling it down over the period so you can apply it in the beginning for about 3 to 4 times in a day
