solids like fruit purees of Apple,Banana, Kichdi of Rice and dal with veggies like carrot you can add to it,don't add any spices or salt,you can add pinch of jeera,turmeric and a pinch of pepper while preparing kichdi.You can change veggies ,add Spinach,little tomato or onion you can add. soak badam and kaju over night,grind them,to it add your breast milk and feed them .Continue breastfeeding also,don't stop it till baby completes 2 years.

You can start giving foods to the child from the age of six months completing in the age of four months so make sure that whatever diet you start with you should start with it after completing the time of six months right now you should start it would be very disturbing for the tummy of your child
