Sofia had a severe cold nd she sneezes nd have red eyes wid tears nd her nose is running nd had fever also.. what can i do give any suggestion

Ma’am Please consult your paediatrician and get a medication done for it because your child is having a lot of issues all together so it would be advisable for you to go for a course of medication after consulting your doctor only as of now if you can just give indirect steam in halation and paracetamol for fever
