Kids Normally only have a Mail so you can just keep cleaning the gums of your child regularly with a soft cloth apart from that I would advise you to start with homoeopathic medication called calcareous PHOS that’s definitely going to help a lot an easy thing you can give two tablets three times in a day with a gap of six hours
