A. Hello, your baby boy is 2.6 years old and he is having a small injury on his hand so don’t worry just clean it with dettol liquid and then keep it to Oxygen of open air

A. yes any infection or wound as you have mentioned can cause infection in baby so you have to consult a doctor for antibiotic coverage for any cream antibiotic required . .

A. Looks like boil to me, dont worry. You can try warm compress several times a day. Also porridge compress is effective.
